Lake Huites Mexico, Trophy Bass Lodge Fishing Report

I just recieved a fresh report from camp manager George Felix this morning on beautiful Lake Huites. He reports the bite is on all over the lake, a lot of good quality 3 to 7 pound fish being caught on spinnerbaits and deep crankbaits about anywhere you go. They fished for 3 hours yesterday morning and had around 75. That tells me the Lake is going to be strong this upcoming season. This is a different bite than it was in April and May, it is my guesstimate that the enormous amount of fry in the lake during these periods was the main reason the bite had slowed down. Everywhere we stopped there would be hundreds if not thousands of fry swarm the shade of the boat, I had never seen anything like it. I hope this will ensure us of super strong fishing for years to come!

We still have a few spots left for September at $899.00 per person. That is a fantastic special to kick off the season at one of the best places in the world to wet a line. If you are a fan of Mexico Bass Fishing and you haven’t been to Lake Huites you owe it to yourself to experience this remarkable fishery. Catches of 200 per day are not out of the ordinary with many of them being 5 to 9 pounders. As always there is the chance to land a true trophy exceeding 12 pounds or more!!
This Lake has the best scenery of ANY Lake I have ever been to and is a true remote fishing destination. You will not see boat after boat on this Lake, it is still one of the true unspoiled Lakes out there.
