Rough weather equals GREAT fishing

The last few nights have been the best yet this season. Rough weather is making conditions ripe for BIG walleye action. Water temps are upbetween 57-60 -slow trolling sticks in shallow has been consistently deadly. Saturday night I had the pleasure of taking jerry and his buddy Brian from Scranton- these guys can fish! Last night I had a couple w/ their 11 yr old son from Colorado-boy what a trooper he was!- Both nights we had a hard time keeping the lines set. Attack after attack the walleyes and browns were VERY hungry. We kept a couple fish each night and released over 10 double digit fish. Everything BIG went back to fight another day. You certainly didn't want to stick ur fingers in the water.
